NHS Birthday Celebrations

Our NHS turns 72 on July 5th – HAFSON is celebrating on Saturday July 4th with a safe-distanced gathering opposite Charing Cross Hospital entrance from 12.00-1.00.
We are inviting supporters to join us with placards and birthday greetings for a short tribute to the NHS and all NHS staff who have saved so many lives since 1948 – and particularly in recent months during the pandemic.
It is also an opportunity to pay tribute to those staff who have lost their lives while protecting ours.
For safety reasons, we will not be having a stall. But please do feel free to bring celebratory and safe party gear to help attract attention.
