Hammersmith and Fulham Save Our NHS (H&FSON) is an independent community-based organisation working with local people across Hammersmith and Fulham to defend our local hospitals and our local NHS health services.

For 7 years we were Save Our Hospitals fighting to save Charing Cross as an major acute hospital. With our victory announced in Parliament in March 2019, we have shifted our focus – and our name – and we now campaign publicly on health provision in the borough more generally and on the implications of national developments on local services.
